If you are dissatisfied with any PetSafe, SportDog or Innotek product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price. After 60 days, restocking fees apply - see table below.  Shipping charges not refundable.  Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund.

PetSafe,SportDog or Innotek Returns: Include your original invoice with your return and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Ship via United Parcel Service Return Receipt Requested. To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from us and be returned in the original packaging if any. If an item was not purchased within the past 60 days, the following re-stocking fees will apply:
